Party of One — Terms of Service

Covers: thepartyofone.org (the “Site”) and the UEC Voice mobile app (the “App”) Operated by: Party of One Org Inc., a Florida Not For Profit Corporation (“we,” “us,” “our”) Effective date: 08/13/2026

By using the Site or App you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use our services

You must be at least 13 years old. The App additionally enforces a one-account-per-person rule, verified by a unique phone number and email. Multiple accounts, impersonation, or automated interaction with the App is prohibited.

2. What our services are (and aren’t)

Party of One Org Inc. is a nonpartisan civic organization. The App collects and publishes aggregate Citizen sentiment — satisfaction ratings, priority rankings, and public mandates. Neither the Site nor the App is an official government service, an election system, or a substitute for voting. Published aggregates express public opinion and carry no legal or electoral force.

3. Donations

Party of One Org Inc. is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and is classified as a public charity under Section 509(a)(2). Donations are processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s terms. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; consult your tax advisor. Unless required by law, donations are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or residence (including using a zip code that is not yours to influence district-level results); manipulate ratings or mandates via multiple accounts, automation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior; scrape or bulk-harvest data; interfere with security; or use our services unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate violators.

5. Your content & our license

You own what you submit (ratings, priorities, profile info, messages). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process it to operate our services and to publish aggregated, anonymized statistics derived from it. We never publish individual ratings or identities.

6. Representative information

Representative names, photos, party affiliations, and contact details in the App come from public government data sources. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee it, and inclusion is not endorsement. Displayed satisfaction scores are aggregated user opinion, not statements of fact by us.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, App, and our marks (“Party of One,” “UEC Voice,” UCSI, UPHS) are our property. Public aggregate data may be cited with attribution.

8. Availability, disclaimers, liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify or discontinue features at any time. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Termination

You may stop using the services and delete your App account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Sections 5–8 survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Site and/or in the App at least 14 days before taking effect.
